1) Still don't understand how ramming I-beams in the ground at random angles makes a good foundation. But what do I know?
2) While getting rid of a good chunk of the low-income properties is a good start, there are still a large number of units in the apartment block and the surrounding buildings (the ones that are already red).
Where are all these people going to move? And what will be the impact on Westbrook's street cred?
