You think so? Arn't they in the process of redoing the exteriors of all those projects? (why they picked red I have no idea)
1) I believe they are building the foundational support for a winding ramp bridge. I heard that through the grapevine, but I could be wrong. However, I do know it looks incredible weird, and they seem to be "working" on it. Whatever that involves.2) As for the low-income housing project, I believe the small duplexes are going to be removed; the red buildings are a different property.Apparently, that red building that's about 15 stories was apparently built a LONG time ago, but was vacant for most of that time. It was just recently finished. That is a low-income housing unit as well.
