Buy what is most comfortable for you. Spend some time just laying on it how you would at home. Sealy makes a good bed and they make some that are the same model but in firm or plush. Kingsdown also makes a quality bed. I just spent a few months selling furniture (including mattresses). The biggest thing I can say, again, is buy on comfort. There can be the best, most expensive bed out there but if it's not comfortable then it doesn't help you. Hope that helps a bit.
