1 cup orange juice
1/2 cup water
2 tbsp hemp seed
2 tbsp whey
1/2 cup frozen blueberries
1/2 cup frozen strawberries
1/2 cup frozen mango
1/2 cup frozen peaches
1 banana
1/3 cup plain yogurt

Makes two 16 oz smoothies
Quick breakfast keeps you full for hours.
