Well, here's what I can find:
- Windows 7
- Processor: T2060 @ 1.6 GHz
- Video Card Adapter: Intel GMA 950 (Graphics Memory 251 MB, Video Memory 64 MB)
- 1.024 GB RAM
- 1200x800 Res
I think the answer is no based on my processor speed being terrible.
EDIT - My computer also lags minor amounts from Steam downloaded Portal if that helps.
