The worst iPod type thing I have seen was two years ago when I was in Hawaii. Was at a fancy restaurant for dinner there was a dad and a son sitting a table beside us. It was packed and because of the type of place it was it was a long meal. The kid had his ear phones in and was playing with his PSP. Dinner came and he paused his game and took the ear phones out and ate. After dinner he busted the PSP right out again. They probably said about 5 words to each other the whole night and the dad was just staring into space while the kid played his game. I wanted to smack the kid and smack the dad for not smacking his kid.
Last week a guy almost walked into a speeding transit police van on 7th because he was looking at the lights to walk and couldn't hear the van with it's siren blaring. Everyone had to yell at him to not keep walking across the street.
