My theory other than moderation in all things,(never do it just state it,lol,)
is fruit in the morning,veggies and fruits till supper.
Never eat any meat bigger than the palm of your hand.
And most important ;colour your plate. If you are eating yellow ,green ,red,orange,purple everyday you will probably lose weight.
Another most important regimen is drink water. No coke ,pop,or anything with sugar.
And if you have to, exercise.Just kidding.
I walk my dog but as he gets older and walks less,he is losing a few pounds every year and I am gaining a few. I quit driving and took up cycling and walking.
