Go to Totem with your measurements and they will help you figure out how much fence you need, pick out a design, give you all the parts.
Totem Fence Styles
I am a fan of the Fortress and Bastion styles myself, but they need 4-2x4 and (for Bastion)a 1x4 per section rather than just 3-2x4's so it increases cost a bit.
They also have the advantage if you put your top rail on first, it gives you a upper boundary to place your fence boards against when you are putting them up so you don't need to worry about where the board is vertically.
As for actual construction: If you can use a nail gun and get a bobcat to dig the holes.
