Many people don't realize there is much more game to it. If you don't like normal RTS, try the custom games, there are a few now but hopefully more in the future as SC and WAR3 both had vibrant custom games built into them.

I recenetely finished playing games of Starcraft Bumpercars and Chesscraft LOL. There's always going to be lots of tower defense maps as well.
