Is your reading comprehension level really that low? How many times do I have to say that I do not really drive the speed limit nor do I drive in the left lane.
On a different point that was brought up, most of the tailgating on Deerfoot (or anywhere for that matter)
has nothing to do with the flow of traffic. If the flow is 120 there will still be selfish buttholes that will tailgate from one to the next thus becoming the danger that does not follow the flow.
