I don't understand all this hate towards Saskatchewan, its cities, and its fans.
A significant portion of Calgary's population comes from Saskatchewan. Most Saskatchewanians (?) are hard working and pleasant people. Alberta and Calgary is better for their immigration to our province and city. Sure, you will find ignorant jerks everywhere... even some who were born and raised in Calgary... but on the whole most people from Saskatchewan are pretty nice people who have a significant amount of pride in their birth place and their province's football team. Nothing wrong with that. They have a lot to be proud of. They have done very well with the limited resources at hand.
Plus you will be hard pressed to find a better province to hunt Mule Deer or go fishing. Saskatchewan has produced a number of record Mulie bucks and they have some terrific fishing lakes in the northern half of the province.
.... and if it wasn't for Saskatchewan's wheat, bread would cost a heck of a lot more than it does now.
