They could still trade Overbay over the next few weeks and i think they will. I really doubt overbay would be claimed on Waivers, but I also think they want to take more time getting Lind to play first. They are working with him fairly extensivly, but not enough for right now i think.
Arbitration wise Frasor is really the only player I would be a little scared to offer aribtration to. the rest are no brainers. I think there is no way Buck accepts because he has already expressed that he has no desire to be in a platform situation and with JPA coming up I think he would be in a platton situation.
i'm also starting to think they may consider keeping Downs. their bull pen hasn't exactly been good this year and doens't exactly have the depth or the talent there. Keeping Downs is not exactly a bad plan.

I bet Overbay is the only one who would get through Waivers.
AA looked like a struggling rookie at the dead-line trying to make the perfect deal.
I just don't see the Jays offering Arbritation to Overbay or Frasor or Buck.
Downs will get Arbritation for sure.
