So this guy arrives near noon (as of now 8 hours ago) with 4 dogs in the back of his truck.
Since he has left, it doesn't appear he has checked on his dogs. Passerby's have been giving them water now and then, but they have remained tied to their restraints the entire time.
Someone has already left a note, but as time goes past 8 hours this is just pissing me off more and more where I feel something should be done?
Am I totally off the wall here or is this absurd? Not to mention these dogs bark at pretty much everything and is annoying quite a few people in the condo building.
So CP, what would you do?
