Yeah I'm hearing a lot of 'ffffffffffffffffffff' like he's in pain. Judging by his tone of voice he's obviously injured. BAD.
Seriously though, he just mentioned that for one week he had hurt his hip flexor, the next week was his hamstring, and then the week after that he had the flu. Professional athletes do get injured from time to time.
