I picked one up today.
Bell has a package that costs 30 bucks for 6g combined 3G usage between my iPhone and iPad. It ended up costing me an extra 5 bucks per month when i reworked my phone plan to basically have unlimited internet on either the iphone or ipad. Very well worth it.
