I view him totally different - he looks 100% guilty by his body language alone. He looks straight forward and doesn't move at all when the officers are removing the guys behind him. Any other person would turn around to see what was going on, not a guilty person though.
If you really thought you were being misidentified by a Police Officer, would you make the tough guy face and brush his hand off like that to impress your friends? All his little attitude got him was a well deserved man-handling.
