Actually it's not, its because of my last name I get called Hoot because no one can ever pronounce it correctly and it just stuck. But I guess it works for both ways.
I lived in Calgary for almost 5 years and I made sure to pick up everytime I came home to Victoria. I know how lucky I am out here and even saw it on the faces of people I was toking with when I was out for Stampede, it was like they were just hit in the face with a brick.
