I like this trade for 2 reasons.

1. Wallace projects to be basically Overbay.
2. Gose is one of the top defensive outfielders in all levels of the minor leagues, and is hitting a lot of doubles, which when he gets a bit older, those doubles should start clearing the fence. He's projects to be a comparable player to Devon White.

Plus every Jays scout (and there are a lot of them) were unanimous in their belief that Gose will project to being an All-Star calibre CF.
