I hate the "Mainstream is shinguard" mentality from a ton of people. Yesm I admit, a good portion of mainstream stuff is garbage, but thats doesnt mean that everything is. There are plenty of quality of mainstream acts that seem to get the shaft when it comes to people liking them. And to startin hating on a band because they are popular and you dont wanna seem like everybody else is the worst reason ever to not like music. If you have a problem with the writing or the sound, FINE, but dont hate on a band because they are livin their dream.
