No you don’t have a case. It’s your fault that your phone got spilled on, not McDonalds. If I’m walking along the street and drop my phone on the pavement and it smashes into 1000 pieces, it’s not the sidewalks fault it’s my own.
People who don’t take responsibility for their own actions really irritate me.
