Hmmm, Jarome Iginla comes to mind although younger (and then Bertuzzi commented on how he had followed Iginla's lead). After the lockout and with the new rules many players lost some weight and got faster. You guys must all be younger than 25, you can always improve, otherwise why have a coach out there? Being a professional is all about adjustments, if you don't you don't last... unless you're a superstar maybe.
I would think Sarich is more interested in pivoting and the first couple of strides more than overall speed anyway... but that's a guess.
