You do but it's pretty much only by Napster bitches or people who couldnt accept that they didnt want to play the same type of music their whole career.
And people think Lars is a total dink because of the Napster case but if you ever met him like I did you would find out he's a pretty nice guy. I actually found him to be the nicest out of the four which kind of surprised me because of all of the "Lars is a dink" talk. He just went overboard a bit with the Napster case and said some things that even made the other band members shake their head and made people think Metallica was only doing it for money when in fact it was for control over how their music is distributed. If you've ever watched the "Some Kind of Monster" DVD with the band commentary you can tell just how much he wishes he could do it over again when it gets to the part about Napster.
