Another thread got me curious. How many languages do you speak?

For the sake of having somewhat consistent answers in the poll, let's say in order to consider yourself able to speak the language, you should be able to go to that country and get by without much trouble (asking for directions, ordering food, etc.). Knowing a handful of phrases and words doesn't count.

I speak three - English, Cantonese, Mandarin
