I'll be completely honest, I do not feel safe when on the north side of P.A. by the Walmart. I look around like I'm about to be jumped constantly, because I've had friends get assaulted while in that area of town.

I understand why the majority of young people try to get out of that town and move to 'toon or elsewhere asap.
