For anyone interested, you can get the replica jersey anywhere, preference would be from SportChek (because sometimes they have a deal online of buy one, get another 50% off), FanAttic, or Jersey City for about $120.

Then you can go to Great Plains Cresting to get the name w/ namebar, number on sleeves and back and letter designation for $80.

Pretty good deal if you ask me.
