I don't have your contact to read, but I am guessing it has a location indicated or implied in it.

If it doesn't then you have a point, otherwise it isn't Rogers fault you moved.

I had a similar situation a couple years ago where I moved and wasn't able to transfer my service. I had to cancel and pay out the fee. It made me mad at first and I tried to get out of it but it all came down to the fact that they didn't make me move and I did sign the contract.
