Ok if a video can't prove it, what can? Does the fact that the cop is writing a apology letter prove it? That he admitted making a mistake prove it?
No matter what information comes out, cop defenders will always find excuses. It is clear as day to anyone who watches the video except for a few people who will never be satisfied with the truth being that a cop acted unprofessional.
It's always the same excuse when cops are found to be over aggressive in their tactics.
Remember the Vancouver police/RCMP airport incident? how the cops lied even though it was caught on video? All people involved in that incident lied and were called out for their lying not too long ago.
The cop in this incident reported what happened to his supervisor not knowing it was on video. As soon as the video came out the police were quick to condemn his actions. Speaks for itself.
