In you opinion, what was the bubble blower hoping to accomplish with those actions?
Clearly it's a confrontation. She was given ample warning to stop, and didn't. She knew the consequences. They didn't go all Rodney King on her. They didn't throw her down. THey quietly took her into custody.
Or are you part of the crowd that thinks that cops should stand there and accept all sorts of crap tossed at them?
