More the case of a buyer trying to screw a foolish cardealer who made a mistake on ebay. The dealer loses quite a bit of money on this. What does the buyer lose? I agree that it is a contract but whether or not it is as legally binding as it says it is might need to be determined in court.
Of course, as a consumer, I always side with the consumer and think that the advertised price in a store or the end price of an auction should be what the consumer pays, but it does not mean I don't sympathize with the dealer who made a mistake on the auction listing.
