I saw this on Global Vancouver the other day and I'm sure they said MS, but it dose it really matter whether it is Cerebral Palsy or Multiple sclerosis ? The cop bullied a person that was clearly handicapped.

Global BC interviewed her and she is very small and feeble, 80-90 lbs.
