Cycling has, by far, the most comprehensive testing policy of all sports. You have to tell the federation where you will be at all times so they can show up with zero notice and tell you to piss in a cup.
If he's dirty, he's got some pretty amazing doctors. So far, there's been ZERO hard evidence. Innocent until proven guilty. And no one has proven a damn thing.

Then so are Mark McGuire, Sammy Sosa and of course Barry Bonds among others. And I simply cannot say that in good conscience. Just because Armstrong is a great guy and an inspiration to millions, doesnt mean he is above the same scrutiny as the others named above.
Unfortunately the whole premise of innocence has been absolutely shattered in the last decade in almost every sport going....because lets be honest, it is now irrefutable that athletes were cheating for at least the last 20+ years and even longer in the Eastern European blocks before that.
