we used malware bytes and got rid of it.
What a pain in the arse that thing was. Every time you seemed to negotiate a new page, it would pop up with a warning. Sometimes you could close it or say "no", and then the other times you had to click "yes" to prevent it from installing.
I'd lke to find the guys that make this crap and kick the pi$$ out of them.
