I personally like to go with the huge title that makes no sense. For instance, in Vlad's case something like this would be appropriate.

I personally think it would be classic for your HEIR to have his full name (^ahem) pronounced in its entirety in grade one attendance.

NOTE : Name must be read in a LOTR esque english female accent with gloomy style music playing behind it.
