Recall the fellow in Pennsylvania who was charged after getting sex by pretending to be Roethlisberger - what was he actually charged with (I cannot remember)?
Now, this case certainly doesn't seem to be that serious, and either we are lacking some material facts or we have a judge who takes race/religion very seriously....
According to the news reports I can find the charges were due to money he obtained based on his impersonation, so it was a theft issue. I don't know of any instance where lying about identity (as opposed to having STD's) to obtain sex has ever been found to be a crime by a US or Canadian court. Hopefully not an Australian one either, as I was a locked out NHL player living in Sydney on certain evenings in 2005
