So while I disagree with the man being charged I think that their would be a case to be made in some circumstance where lying to someone to get them to have sex with you could be considered a crime. What crime and what the punishment would be I am still not sure. But if cyber-bullying is becoming criminal meaning that words can cause criminal harm couldn't lying to get laid be construed as the same thing.

Absolutely, but even after the lie, or witholding of certain information, usually there is some type of sexual attraction between partners.
