So for me the best thing was starting P90X and that was two February's ago.
At my heaviest I was 190ish lbs @ 5'10.
Right now I'm 150lbs @ 6'0.
So right now it's been awhile since I've done P90X, I did 3 rounds and then went to Italy on a exchange abroad, and it was hard to keep up that sorta ridiculous regimen.
But I did become pretty hardcore with watching what I ate. My mantra since Italy and now is eat whatever I want but watch my calories, so I joined MyFitnessPal.com and just make sure I'm in my calories for my height/weight.
I realized 150lbs is quite low, I haven't done a "workout" in months. I play in a floor hockey rec league, play street hockey, tennis, and run on the treadmill (until my back gave out a month ago). So now I've taken one of those out 'cuz of my back while it goes back to 100%.
Point being I'm not OVERLY active, I am somewhat, but I also have a desk job.
Anyway I don't have a six-pack or anything, but I'm pretty darn lean. I'm wanting to go back into a workout regimen, nothing too hardcore but just to gain some muscle/definition. I'm thinking of doing that in Fall once by back gets back to 100%, I found Yoga was especially good for it, I've had a "bad" back for the last 3 years, every so and again it flares up 'cuz I apparently have a minor curve in my lower back from birth that affects it.
