Walking through the concourse wearing rider gear means you are shouted at the whole game. I expect this because I am at a road game. At those games it goes back and forth and the drunks on either team refuse to back down. Usually problems start when a few stamps fans in the cheap seats start to get lippy when their team begins winning or losing. The entitlement that home stamps fans in the cheap seats have is surprising. Essentially they are in a road game enviroment in those cheap seats and should behave accordingly.

There are tons of rivalry games in this city where the problems are either non existent or muted. Oilers, Canucks (bad, but not nearly as bad as Riders), Leafs, Canadiens, Eskimos.
None come close to the problems that exist when the Riders are in town. Absolutely there are jerks in the Stamps crowd, but while you can make yourself out to be a martyr all you want, the simple fact is, Rider fans are the problem, and Rider fans are the reason things get so bad. Even if you are in the minority that is not the problem, the reaction you face is the result of the ######s in green who have ruined the reputation of all Rider fans.
Nobody in Western Canada respects you guys, and that is your own damn fault.
