The priorities are all off on that computer. Get 4GB instead of 8GB of system ram. That 5770 should be at least a 5850 or a 5870 or a GTX 460. You don't need watercooling. If you're lucky, you'll get Corsair H50. If you're unlucky, you'll get CoolIt garbage that rusts inside. Get a tower air cooler from Thermalright, Noctua, Zalman, Coolermaster, Tuniq, Prolimatech, ZeroTherm, Arctic Cooling etc.
Do you have other choices for the motherboard? MSI is okay but there might be better options.
That Powersupply is a generic brand and is crap. Get a Corsair, Seasonic, Silverstone, Antec, or maybe even Coolermaster PSU on the cheaper end.
That computer has no operating system, you may need to buy a copy of windows for it or use an older one.
