ok so heres my 2 cents.
I stopped eating fast food, and just kind of bad food in general. Not crazy health nut but just little things like low fat milk, not having a bunch of whipcream on my coffee stuff like that. I ride an exercise bike every day for 1/2 hour while playing Call of Duty and got a chin up bar and do my max chin ups about 2-3 times a day.
in 4 months I've dropped 35 lbs and got my max chin ups from a pretty poorly formed 3-5 to a fully extended 10-13.
no crazy supplements or any super expensive workout packages/gyms. went from ~220-185
