And cut back on other caffeine intake, as it's high in caffeine.
I'm looking at adding size-on and stacking as well. Might pick some up with my next tub of superpump. The massive amount of peeing and "superdumps" went away within the first wk for me. My body feels quite normal and is handling the single scoop well.

i'm healthy and all, don't have any other caffiene intake in my diet (do'nt drink any tea/coffee/pop).
just need to cycle off of it i guess. I take this every time i go to the gym, and have been doing so for a few months now, with the biggest break just being a week. Need to cycle for sure.
