i also take just under a scoop before each workout, so not much, but again, who knows how much is "a lot"....

I think 1 scoop is technically to the line half way up the scoop. So if you're going over that you're taking more than 1 scoop.
Also, I know some people who have problems getting the runs with this stuff, that's why it's nicknamed Super Dump!
