Looking for advice on morning pre-workout drinks/supplements.
I usually work out in the evening but am trying to change this. I want to get up, have something that gives me some energy without getting bloated/full, workout and then have food and my morning coffee after.

My workouts consist of about 45-1 hr weight training and then 20-30 min cardio most days.

i've been using "Super Pump" as a preworkout drink, and it's absolutely amazing.
to the point, i'm a bit worried about it. Does anyone have any info/feedback on this product? I haven't seen any real negatives in my research, but i'm lifting some pretty huge weight after starting up on this...
