Why argue these things now? For this young person their life has ended, and the four others have had their lives change forever. The hows and whys will not bring back the deceased.
It is simply tragic and unfortunately these kinds of accidents happen far too often. I have had a young relative die after they were drinking and speeding and crashed. Did they make a mistake? Yes. Was it stupid? Yes. The end result is that someone I cared about is gone, and nothing can bring them back. Those who are left behind have to cope and learn from their mistakes and share their mistakes with others so that it hopefully is not repeated.
Unfortunately they are, and it is always heartbreaking to see this happen again and again. It is just plain sad.
