Sponser. Meetings. I'm in central AB so I can't recommend much outside of Red Deer.

At first, you will probably resent the group. You might even be put off by the people with extreme cases and how open they are about it. Soon you'll find people you can relate to and trust. People who are dealing with the same things. I'm pleasantly surprised by the support already on this board willing to share and help. Just awesome.

I guess I just can't stress how important it is to have someone you can talk about this with. When you tell them about a temptation or low point they know exactly where you're coming from. They have been there. They don't just say 'huh..' or look at you like they would rather be anywhere else talking about anything else. Perhaps you already have that in your current support structure. There seem to be plenty of us who feel we have overindulged in life's little treats.

Check from about 3:11 to 5:30. The guy always made a lot of sense.
