Sometimes it's like the mental olympics trying to get the people working in the stores to print out the correct tickets though.
My habit is every week to go and buy 10 "quick picks" with NO extra. Most of the time it is a simple process... ten quick picks on one ticket... ticket costs $20.
But often enough they will give me ten "Lucky Dips" with the extra on each ticket. I have to stop them and void the tickets all the time. I have been in arguments with jerks at the stores who tell me that a "quick pick" is the same as a "lucky dip" and therefore comes with the extra, or that the "quick picks" need to be on different tickets. It's frustrating sometimes. I have never even worked in those stores, but I know how to use the machine to print off the tickets. Now I carry an old ticket with me so I can show them that it is possible.
