I've broken a few things. When I was 15 I broke my ankle playing basketball in one of those 3 on 3 tournaments. The nets were set up in very temporary style and the supports on the bottom were 2x4's and when I went up for a tomahawk dunk (ok it was a layup) I landed right on the 2x4. And wouldn't you know it, my mom was there recording it all with the camcorder

. Rehabed quickly and was back playing football in a few months. I've had a few other football injuries but nothing too serious.
Now the biggie. 4 years ago I was living in Winnipeg working as a framer with my uncle and cousin. Cold spring day in April and it was windy too. For those of you that are in the industry you know that you don't cut out the window's to keep the wind down. We're buliding the upper walls and I'm cutting the top edge of the aspenite and I guess my cousin had cut out 90% of the one window. I'm moving to the left and I step right on top of the window and go right through. Normally this wouldn't be a problem, but this window is right on top of the stairwell opening. I fall the 8-9 feet and land square on my one foot. Broke 4 of the metatarsels and tore some ligaments. The term for the injury is a lisfranc which is a fracture/dislocation. I had surgery a few days later, had 4 screws put in and was in a cast for 4-5 months. After that it was a walking cast for another month and a few more months of rehab. 4 years later I still walk with pain.
