I have a buddy who eats one of McDinks, DQ, Burger King, Little Caesars, KFC for at least 2 meals each day... and he doesn't even try to make it a healthy selection like a side salad. He'll eat 2 Big Macs for lunch or something like that with no fries.

The guy is 6'1" and weighs probably 145lbs.
