Canoes restaurant wasn't very good and for snorkeling my favourite spot was the point that juts out between Mokapu and Ulua Beachs in Wailea.
For a nice walk on the way to Hana stop at the arboretum trail... just watch yourself if you want to walk through the long grass to the creek... there's some hidden rocks that you might trip on
