I'm pretty sure that you are missing the entire point that I was trying to make.
If I really gave a shat and was worried about the coin I would not be spending any money on the games at the midway. I actually do it for fun. Yah fun, quite a strange concept I know. I went to the stampede, spent over 200 bucks on the midway and I can tell you I wasn't spending the coin so I could come home with 7 dollars worth of crappy teddy bears. I play the games for fun. However the part that maybe you can't understand is that less than half a mile from the dome they are peddling fake jerseys. They sure as heck aren't giving them away. They are peddling them.
And FYI I have a collection of authentic jerseys, and for some reason being in posession of a fake that I now own fealt strange.
