I don't think its right I agree with you but until they change the rule you will continue to see tons of this stuff.
Yes the Czechs necessarily haven't been a power house and they're turn usually comes in cycles. They are obviously in rebuild mode at the moment. They have played in Euros, which with only 16 teams making it doesn't make it easy. This is changing to 24 teams after 2012. I tend to think this is the second biggest soccer tournament in the world from a country representation point of view.
But anyways this is about Canada, so I won't let it go off track.
Do I think Canada will make it? I believe in my lifetime they will. Sooner or later they will get some breaks with players and some luck on the field. Canada will be there again one day.
